High School Bleachers The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for new bleachers at the Woodland Hills Senior High School. RIGHT OF SELECTION AND REJECTION The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in any proposal, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District. SPECIFICATIONS The district needs new bleachers in the competition and auxiliary gyms at the Senior High School building. Contractor is responsible for obtaining permits. School District will pay fees for permits obtained Contractor is responsible for demolition, disposal, installation Contractor is to provide warranty. PRICING Each proposal shall provide a separate section listing all costs associated with the proposal separated. All cost proposals must reflect the LCP (Lowest Corresponding Price), GSA pricing and any available governmental unit discounts. While price will be the most heavily weighted factor in our evaluation of the bids, the School Board reserves the right to award the proposal to the best-qualified vendor.
