All Questions Concerning This Project Before The Opening Of Bids Shall Be Directed To The Project Engineer. Completion Of Work: All Work Specified In The Contract Documents Shall Be Completed By May 31, 2024. Owner's Rights Reserved: Roy City Corporation Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, To Waive Any Informalities In A Bid, And To Make Awards In The Interest Of The City.
