Site work for a residential development in Roy, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a residential development.
Roy City Corporation is requesting proposals from qualified individual(s) or firm(s) that are able and willing to purchase and develop certain property located in Roy City. The City is willing to sell real property with the agreement that said property will be developed with a housing development that maximizes the use of the property. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as it best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. Roy City encourages and welcomes bids from women and minority owned businesses. All questions regarding this proposal must be emailed to Brody Flint, Assistant City Manager, bflint@royutah.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
