DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of approximately 375 feet of 12" diameter to 18" diameter storm drains with catch basins and connections to existing drains. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located near 4900 South 3100 West Street. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed within 30 days following the Notice to Proceed All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Project Engineer. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located near 4900 South 3100 West Street. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Roy City Corporation as a guarantee that the bidder, if selected, will comply with Contract requirements. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Project Engineer.
