Division of Revenue; Non-Collusion Affidavit; Public Works Contractor Registration; New Jersey Debarred List Affidavit; Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement; Affirmative Action Compliance Notice; and Bidders Checklist.. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c 127, as amended and supplemented) and N.J.A.C. 17:27, Affirmative Action requirements of the State of New Jersey. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
