Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) business days prior to the Bid Opening The proposed construction consists of cleaning existing box culvert, culvert, slip-lining a new culvert inside existing concrete box culvert, construction of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete retaining walls and headwalls, re-establishing inlet connections to culvert, removing existing concrete block retaining walls, furnishing fill and constructing embankment, riprap, topsoil and seeding restoration with erosion mat, bypass pumping and dewatering operations, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Wind Point for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions.
