Summary of Work For the Replacement of Two (2) HVAC Units at Wright-Smith WWTP Scope of Work The following HVAC units are being replaced: Carrier (Main Generator Building) Model # 50TM-006A-601BA Serial # 1808G80294 Carrier (Secondary Electrical Building) Model # 50ES-A36-60 Serial # 2911C05731 o Replace each unit with OEM model or approved equal. Bidders must get approval before submitting bid. o System coils and piping must be coated with a corrosion proof coating. o Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, permits, incidentals and materials necessary to remove old units and install new units. o Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, permits, incidentals and materials necessary to perform maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout life of the warranty of each unit. Preventive maintenance includes job labor, travel labor, travel and living expenses required to clean, align, calibrate, tighten, adjust, lubricate and paint or other actions intended to extend the life of each new unit. o Successful bidder must submit dimensions of new units to MAWSS at least 30 days before installation date. (MAWSS will build both platforms for new units to be mounted) o All bidders MUST visit the Wright-Smith WWTP at 1879 N. Conception Street Rd. Mobile, Al 36610 to see both of the old units BEFORE placing a bid.
