Security Equipment and Installation Services Rio Rancho Public Schools ("RRPS") is seeking to establish a District price agreement for the purchase furnishing all labor and materials for security systems equipment, cabling, and maintenance and licensing fees at required school and administrative sites throughout the school district on monthly and/or on an as-needed basis. The proposal is to be itemized. The proposal may be for labor, materials, cabling or all three. Rio Rancho Public Schools was founded in 1995 and is the third largest school district in New Mexico with 2,340 staff members. Enrollment, as of September of 2018, includes 17,597 students across 19 schools (1 preschool, 10 elementary schools, 4 middle schools and 3 high schools and 1 district office). District enrollment is slowly growing; the district anticipates opening one additional elementary schools. The Offeror agrees, if his RFP is accepted within 120 calendar days of the closing date, to furnish any and all item(s) and/or services at the prices set forth in his/her RFP, delivered to the designated point(s) within the specified time in the delivery schedule. An additional time period may be requested elsewhere in this Request For Proposals. The District reserves the right to award this request for proposals based on price and any other evaluation criteria contained herein, to reject any and all proposal submittals or any part thereof.
