The work consists of the installation of a new 5,825 feet (approx) 8 PVC waterline 1,950 feet (approx.) 3/4 polyethylene laterals, 89 city standard meter setters, and all associated repair of roadway, curb and gutter, and landscaping. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at 575 E, 600 E, 675 E, 700 E, 750E, and 3225 N Street as shown in the plan drawings, 3100 NORTH 575 EAST Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to North Ogden City Corporation as guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of Worker Compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price. Anticipated NTP is May 2024. All work specified in the contract documents shall be substantially completed within 60 days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The date of substantial completion shall be no later than October 15 th , 2024. North Ogden City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City .
