Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THE SITE VISIT. The intent of this project is to tuckpoint, repair spalled brick, and to demolish/cap the existing chimney on the Kentucky National Guard Armory in Carrollton Kentucky. The brick recovered from the chimney demolition is to be used to replace the spalled brick and other masonry damage to maintain a cohesive appearance. After all the brick repairs are completed, the brick is to be cleaned and sealed with a masonry sealer to protect and preserve the brick veneer.
