Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Surface Area Management Systems (SAMS) Phase II project consists of installing infrastructure and other enabling work for Remote Unit (RU) locations for sensors to be installed by others under separate contract. Work will include Installation of structural steel pipes/masts, electrical, communication, conduit, and all necessary support for a complete RU location for future install work by others. Civil work including but not limited to; foundations, ductbanks, and pavement removal and restoration. Furnish and install cameras per plans. Fiber-optic cable pull and installation. Delegated design fall protection systems . This project is part of a larger project that will procure and implement a Surface Area Management (SAM) system to improve airfield situational awareness and provide forensic and analytic information on airfield operations at Sea-Tac Airport. This project will install sensors, video cameras and associated equipment, data and electrical connections to connect to and improve the effectiveness of the SAM system. Completion: The undersigned agrees to substantially complete all of the work included in this Contract within 461 calendar days as provided for in the General Conditions. The above bid will not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The bidder certifies under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct: within the three-year period immediately preceding the bid solicitation date, the bidder has not been a "willful" violator, as defined in RCW 49.48.082, of any provision of chapters 49.46, 49.48, or 49.52 RCW, as determined by a final and binding citation and notice of assessment issued by the Department of Labor and Industries or through a civil judgment entered by a court of limited or general jurisdiction.
