The Port of Seattle (Port) is soliciting proposals for Curb-side Management Services. The scope of work includes: Queue management and dispatching taxis and flat-rate for hire vehicles from the South 160th Ground Transportation Lot to the 3rd Floor staging area. Verify that all taxis and flat-rate for hire vehicles entering the 3rd Floor staging area are permitted to operate at the Airport. Calling in additional permitted operators if demand exceeds capacity.
