Municipal Building Improvements Project. Question Deadline 02/19/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted via Online. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authonzed to do business in Pennsylvania. made to the order of Clinton Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has statues of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinance. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract within ninety (90) days from the date bids were opened. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions. irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
