Renovation of a multi-residential development in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The NORMAN HOUSING AUTHORITY will receive sealed bid proposals until the date and time stated above for the BID for the Storm Door Replacement Project located in Norman, Oklahoma. A Bid guarantee issued to the NORMAN HOUSING AUTHORITY, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted with each bid.The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for statutory payment, performance and defect bond or bonds or other acceptable forms of performance guarantee. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority. The competency and responsibility of bidders will be considered in awarding the contract. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security, or other data required to be submitted with the bid, or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular or non-conforming. It is the intent of the Housing Authority to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder provided the bid does not exceed the funds available. The Housing Authority shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids and to accept the bid that, in its judgment, is in its own best interest.
