Curbside Collection and Disposal of Residential Municipal Solid Waste (including Bulk Waste), and Recyclable Materials A three (3) year contract, beginning April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2027, with options to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods for Curbside Collection and Disposal of Residential Municipal Solid Waste (including Bulk Waste), and Recyclable Materials. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond With Corporate Surety Approved by the Township Solicitor in a Sum Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Price as More Fully Detailed in the Contract Documents. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide the Township With a Performance Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least 100% of the Total Contract Price Within Ten (10) Calendar Days of Written Notice of Acceptance of the Bid. Only Questions Submitted Online Shall Be Considered. Responses Will Be Provided on the online Website and Will Be Visible to All Bidders. The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals or to Accept Any Portion of Any Bid, Waiving or Allowing a Cure for Any Defects, Errors, Omissions, Irregularities, or Informalities, and to Award Contracts as is Deemed Best for the Township.
