The selected project management firms will serve as the Riverbanks owner is representative and will act solely as the advocate of the Riverbanks and shall not be eligible to provide design or construction services for any of the capital projects contemplated by this solicitation. Direct all communications and questions concerning this RFQ in writing to Noelle Kelley at nkelley@riverbanks.org. The deadline to submit questions is February 9, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Other representatives of Riverbanks, Municipalities or entities involved in funding of the expansion project should not be contacted. Unauthorized contact may result in disqualification. The firms shall assign a project management executive and project manager to the Riverbanks who will serve as the points of contact and accountability for all projects which the Riverbanks may assign. The firms shall have adequate in-house staff including project management professionals and support personnel to deliver the firm's duties and obligations included herein. The selected project management firms shall provide leadership for the assigned projects, beginning in the early stages of planning (including preliminary estimating and scheduling) and continuing through procurements for design and construction teams, management of the design and construction processes and coordination of procurements, design and installation of owner-provided equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
