Quantity is Approximate and May Vary More or Less. 3. The Supplier Must Have Their Product Pre-approved by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure in Order Qualify for Bidding. The Material is Subject to Testing by the Laboratory Designated by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure. 4. Pre-treated Sodium Chloride Shall Be From Pre-approved Suppliers as Outlined in the Grading and Surfacing Approved Products List. 5. The Unit Price for Material Shall Include Delivery Charges. 6. The Quantity of Material to Be Delivered at Each Location May Vary by Plus or Minus 10% Depending on Truck Capacity. 7. Manitoba Reserves the Right to Use Market Material Reference Checks as a Factor in Determining if Any or All Proposed Material is Acceptable to Manitoba. Manitoba Will Be the Sole Judge in Determining Acceptance of All Material. 8. Prices Firm for the Current Winter Season. 9. Bids for This Solicitation Are Irrevocable for a Period of Ninety (90) Calendar Days After the Submission Deadline to Accommodate Mti's Contract Approval Processes. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
