EUREKA WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT GRIT BUILDING ALTERATIONS CONTRACT NO. 8402-6 MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA The major items of work to be performed under this Contract include furnishing and installation of a new divider wall, modifications to the existing divider wall; demolition of existing diffusers, new submersible decant pump and discharge piping; guiderails and portable davit crane and new slide gate in existing Tank A at the Authoritys Eureka Wastewater Treatment Plan Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to the Authority.
