Renovation of a mixed-use development in Washington, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work consists generally of removal of gravel surface and installation of insulation board and TPO roof membrane at Beverly Manor School, located at 1014 S. School Street, Washington, Illinois 61571 . All bidders not previously pre-qualified in the past two years must be pre-qualified with the Owner Question Deadline 02/12/2024 Submit all questions about the architectural drawings and specifications to the Architect. Interpretations or corrections will be issued as Addenda. The Architect and Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than seventy-two hours before the bid opening cannot be answered. Work shall start June 3, 2024, and be substantially complete by August 2, 2024 Every bid shall be accompanied by bid guarantee consisting of bid bond, certified check or cashier s check made payable to Washington Schools District #50, in amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid . The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
