Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the Washington Community High School Library Roof Replacement. The project consists of replacing a portion of the roof over the library and adjacent entry space totally approximately 2600 SF. It incorporates all flashings, copings and various roof appurtenances. Work includes providing all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, tools/equipment, services and associated work for this project as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bid shall be held good and not withdrawn for SIXTY (60) calendar days from the date of bid opening. All requests for clarifications or interpretations shall be made to the Architect in writing and will be answered by Addendum when appropriate.
