Intent: The work under this Contract consists of milling and resurfacing sections of asphalt pavement on SR 421 (Dunlawton Avenue) from SR-9 to SR-5A in Volusia County. Work includes the restoration of pavement markings. Experience: For this Contract the Contractor is required to have at least three (3) years of experience in the performance of Asphalt Paving projects, or the Project Superintendent must have at least three (3) years of like experience as a Superintendent. A Contractor that presently has a certificate of prequalification with the Department in "Hot Plant Mix Bituminous Course" will suffice to meet the above requirements.
