The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract consists of the repair of GWB at multiple locations, paint and sheen to match existing. Repair cracks in brick façade. Replace missing foam filler blocks at exterior roof overhang ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $50,000 - $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Pre-Bid Conference: N/A All Pre-Bid Conferences and/or Bid Openings may be attended in person or via conference call at this number (907) 343-6089. You may call in five (5) minutes before any scheduled conference. EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Requests for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office (wwpur@muni.org). Please reference the Invitation to Bid Number & Project Title. Do not contact the specified department directly. Questions Due: 12:00 P.M. Local Time, February 21, 2024 The form of security, approved by the Municipality, that is furnished by the Contractor and the Contractor's Surety, guaranteeing the complete and faithful performance of all the obligations and conditions placed upon the Contractor by the Contract. Liquidated damages under this contract will be $250.00 per day.
