ARRC will provide railroad track protection for removal of existing crossings and track, installation of the railroad ties, track surfacing, and crossing installation. Municipality of Anchorage Street Maintenance to provide saw cuts adjacent to existing crossing surface, paving, and traffic control. This project is considered Davis Bacon for Construction Services. In accordance with ARRC Procurement Rule 1200.4, all Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a cashier's check or an acceptable Bid Bond, a form of which is provided herein, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid price.
