On behalf of the Municipality of Anchorage (Municipality), the Anchorage Assembly is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to enter a contract not to exceed $100,000 to develop a catalog of pre-approved building plan sets for small to middle scale residential housing, including Accessory Dwelling Units, single family homes (up to 1,800 SF), duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. The contractor will work with the Assembly in consultation with the Municipality's Building Services department to create the plan sets (or utilize prior plans that have been approved by MOA) and develop a system for members of the public to access and utilize the plans. The performance of the work will commence upon award of the contract and should be completed within approximately six months. A detailed timeline should be produced by the contractor in consultation with the Municipality's project team within 15 days of the contract award that includes deadlines and milestones to ensure project completion within six months of contract award. Award of this proposal is anticipated to be announced within thirty (30) calendar days, although all offers must be complete and irrevocable for ninety (90) calendar days following the submission date. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if determined to be in the best interest of the Municipality.
