Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Watertown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

All bids will be downloaded and publicly read aloud during a virtual public bid opening that will be held at the day and time of the bid closing. All planholders will receive information via Quest on how to join the virtual meeting prior to the bid opening. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 using The work consists of: constructing CMU Retaining Walls, placement of drain tile, and placement of clear stone backfill. Bidding documents may be examined, by appointment only, at the Engineering Department from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 using The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five (5) days before the opening of Bids. Question Deadline 02/09/2024.
