**As of March 7, 2024 project was awarded Payne & Dolan Inc with an amount of $527,765.25. '' The work for which proposals are asked includes the following: Removing Asphaltic surface Milling, Excavation Below Subgrade, Base Aggregate Dense 1 1/4 -Inch, Grading Roadway, Shaping Shoulders, Pulverize and Relay, Rout and Crack Filling, Tack Coat, HMA Pavement, Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, and Erosion Control. Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) funds as administered through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) are being used to fund a portion of this project. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. All Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the total Bid, made payable to the City of Watertown, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful Bidder fail to enter into the contract. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous.
