Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Watertown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Site Directions: S. Eleventh Street, S. Twelfth Street, and Oconomowoc Avenue Est. Completion Date: Oct. 11, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. The work for which proposals are asked includes the following: Excavation Common, Base Aggregate Dense, Breaker run, Concrete and Asphalt Driveways, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Steps, RCP & HDPE Storm Sewer, PVC Sump Drain Line, Catch Basins, Manholes, Watermain, Hydrants, Valves, Copper Water Services, Mobilization, Restoration, Erosion Control, and Traffic Control. All Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total Bid, made payable to the City of Watertown, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful Bidder fail to enter into the contract. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five (5) days before the opening of Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE in writing Question Deadline 02/02/2024
