Site work for a water / sewer project in Watertown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This contract requires electronic bid bonds through Surety 2000 using contract. The Base Bid work consists of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 5,994 linear feet of 8" pipe, and 262 linear feet of 10" pipe. The Base Bid work listed includes approximately 120 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manhole Cementitious-Based Liner Material (CBLM). Alternate Bid work may consist of CIPP lining of up to approximately 474 linear feet of 8" pipe, and 859 linear feet of 10" pipe - all work is throughout the City of Watertown. All Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the total Bid, made payable to the City of Watertown, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful Bidder fail to enter into the contract. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 using contract . The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 18, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes
