Site work for a mixed-use development in Auburn Univ, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

This Project Includes The Following Scope Of Work 1. The Intent Of This Project Is To Enhance The Existing South Endzone Corners For Spectator Use. Base Bid Enhancements Will Include Elevated Deck Spaces, Fencing Modifications, Fabric Canopies, Fans And Infrastructure For Owner Provided Amendities (drink Coolers, Food Service, Space Heaters And Tvs). The Decking Will Be Approximately 1'-0" Above The Existing Slab For Elevated Sightlines And Will Be Wood Framed With Synthetic Decking Material And Handrails. A SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Miscellaneous wood frame decking, new canopy systems, handrail installation and modifications and associated electrical work For all questions or inquiries about this project, please contact: Amy Bingham, agb0017@auburn.edu; 334-734-2153 BONDS: A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
