Renovation of an educational facility in Auburn Univ, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Complete renovation of the advising suite, including complete demolition and rebuild. Rebuild to include new wall layout, flooring, ceilings, and MEP systems. Interior renovation of an existing computer lab on the ground floor of an occupied building. The work and trades needed include: selective demolition, fire rated glazing systems, door hardware, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, flooring, paint, millwork, mechanical and plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire sprinkler work. A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
