The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for demolition and site restoration at 570 E. Higgins Road, including but not limited to demolish and dispose of the structure; remove trees, shrubs, and stumps; cut and remove pavement; abandon sanitary sewer service, water service, and appurtenant structures; place and compact structural fill; rough grade; furnish and place grade stakes; import and spread top soil; fine grade and restore landscaping; and other appurtenant work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and Contract Document CD-2324-08.Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and Plans of this document. This project is located within the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois.
