Description of Work. The following summarizes the major work items:

edition.
5) Contracts will incorporate the District's Standards and General Terms and Conditions.
Insurance. The successful bidder must furnish certificate of liability insurance and Workers Compensation
insurance. The completion date of project will be negotiated at the time of contract award, but not later than September
24th, 2024. Bid Security. A satisfactory Bid Bond, payable to the Town of Wilson Sanitary District no. 1, in an amount not
less than five (5%) percent of the bid.
Legal Provisions. This contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes Section 60.47,
62.16(2)(d), and 779.15.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, waive any informality
associated with the bid process, and award the bid deemed most advantageous to the District. All bids shall
remain in effect for not less than 60 days beyond the due date.
