Pursuant to Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code, the City of Haltom City (herein called the "Owner") invites proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (herein called the "CMAR") for the North Park Improvements project. The selection of the CMAR shall be pursuant to a one-step process utilizing this Request for Proposals. Questions can be submitted to the owner's representative, Paul Chastant at pchastant@broaddususa.com in writing before 5:00 p.m., February 14, 2024. The final addenda will be published to all qualified proposers by 2:00 p.m., February 15, 2024. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of proposals or authorized postponement thereof. No CMAR may withdraw a proposal within 60 days after the proposal opening. It will be the proposer's responsibility to allow sufficient time to ensure delivery by the date and time specified. Proposals received after 3:00 p.m. CST, February 21, 2024. will be determined ineligible and returned unopened. It shall be the responsibility of each vendor to ensure his/her proposal is turned into the City of Haltom City on or before the above-specified official time. The City reserves the right to postpone the date and time for opening of proposals at any time prior to the date and time advertised and as referenced above. The City of Haltom City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and act in the best interest of the City of Haltom City.
