The Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority (OBPA) is seeking to retain an engineering firm to assist in preparing preliminary design, detailed design, right of way, and construction support and inspection services for 2024 to 2026 approach truss bridge painting and approach paving work. OBPA will be using the New York State County Highway Superintendents Association (NYSCHSA) Local Design Service Agreement (LDSA) procedures and list for Region 7 to select a consultant for this effort.
