The Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority (OBPA) hereby invites professional engineering firms (Consultants) to submit a Fixed Fee Proposal for performing Above & Below Water Inspection and Load Rating of the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge. The Consultant shall be licensed to provide Professional Engineering Services in New York State. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Location: 1 Bridge Plaza, Ogdensburg, NY The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Provide professional engineering services to the Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority (OBPA) for safety inspection and load rating of the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge in accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) procedures and this RFP. Work includes but is not limited to: o Review of existing reports and information o Providing means of access o Bridge inspection o Preparation of bridge inspection reports o Inventory verification and updating o Load Rating o Preparation of separate project summary reports o Preparation of separate maintenance and repair recommendation reports along with cost estimates
