Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description The exterior building envelope at U-66 requires remediation/replacement. This RFP incorporates four main sections of scope, Feasibility Design, Detailed Design, Services during Tender and Services during Construction of the exterior envelope outlined in the Key Plan in blue above. Asbestos was found in most of the existing construction materials therefore this must take this into consideration when reviewing and selecting options for reinstatement. Existing building documentation will be provided to support this scope, such as but not limited to the scanned original construction drawings, and site-specific designated substance report, etc. Final bilingual construction documentation to be ready for public tender by October 24th, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/05
