The City is seeking proposals or quotes from qualified consultants to provide a full Reserve Study of the newly constructed Beaverton Central Garage. The City expects the Proposer selected for award of contract to start work as soon as a contract is signed, if contract is needed. The City anticipates all work will be completed on or before December 31, 2024. Scope of Work The Reserve Study's primary objectives are to address the following: o All major components within the Garage in the context of their durability, anticipated lifecycle and replacement value in online, but not limited to: o Costs of capital improvements, upgrades, or replacements made to the Garage, including elevators o Garage signage o Garage security cameras o Parking equipment including but not limited to kiosks, License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, Automatic Vehicle Identifiers (AVI), and gates. o Striping and labeling of the Garage parking areas. o Re-surfacing and/or seal coating the Garage's parking areas. o Any other capitalized costs and expenses incurred in connection with the ownership or operation of the Garage. o An in-depth plan that encompasses the above items in terms of replacement and yearly funding required to meet the above needs. o Recommendations of inflation to be utilized in the Reserve Study o Recommendations for the following items over a 30-year period: o Reserve contributions o Reserve expenses o Projected reserve balance Questions and Clarifications All questions regarding this project proposal shall be submitted through the portal.
