Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Design plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Mechanical / Plumbing / Electrical design assist services for a new 18,500 SF Fire Station / Admin building and associated site work for the City of Hillsboro. The construction phase of this Project is anticipated to start in June 2024, with substantial completion in June 2025 The project consists of a new 18,510 SF fire station / admin building and associated site work. This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). All proposals shall comply with the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes. Proposers are requested to direct questions to the Design-Builder, attention Bill Judge, Project Manager, 503-777-5531, billj@emerick.com , and should not contact the owner or architect directly. \The City of Hillsboro and Emerick Construction reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for 60 days. All proposals shall be firm for a period of 60 days after the closing date. Emerick Construction reserves the right to select the best value response, negotiate with multiple proposers, or reject all responses.
