BEAVER ACRES TRACK ITB 23-0023 The Beaverton School District will receive Bids for ITB 23-0023 for the provision of a General Contractor (GC) for installing a new asphalt track at Beaver Acres Elementary School. Late bids will not be accepted. This Contract is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All questions and comments about this solicitation must be directed ONLY IN WRITING to: contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us Work anticipated to begin following execution of a Beaverton School District Contract and scheduling with the District Representative for this project. 1. Remove existing fencing for site access and replace to existing or better condition at the end of the project. 2. Provide erosion control as required. 3. Prepare gravel construction entrance and protect existing conditions outside of the work limits. 4. Install 8'-0" wide track, approximate length of 792'-0", pervious AC pavement. 5. Install 8'-0" wide access path at NE corner of track. 6. Obtain and schedule all required trade permits and inspections for this project.
