The work consists of cutting down approximately Twenty-One (21) trees and grinding stumps and roots. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, treasurer's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, a non-collus ion affidavit, and qualificat ion requirements in the Bidding Documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance bond in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the contract price. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of Lower Paxton Township.
