Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

HVAC Upgrades at the Lower Paxton Township Sewer Operations Facility. The work consists of removal and replacement of two indoor gas furnaces and outdoor condensing units as detailed in specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, treasurer's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, a non-collusion affidavit, and qualification requirements in the Bidding Documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of Lower Paxton Township.
