The Engineers Opinion of probable construction cost is $265,000.00. Questions regarding the technical specifications should be in writing and directed to Kathryn Gilbert at the Warren County Water and Sewer Department, Kathryn.Gilbert@co.warren.oh.us , (513) 695-1645. To be given consideration all questions must be received by 4:00 pm on Thursday, February 22, 2024. Contact the Warren County Commissioners Office at (513) 695- 1250 should you need assistance in accessing the bidding information on the County website. The project generally consists of the rehabilitation of three drinking water production wells located at Revis Wellfield and the replacement of check valves at two additional wellfields in Warren County. The work generally consists of pump removal, video inspection of the well screen and casing, chemical and mechanical redevelopment of the wells, hydraulic testing of well, and replacement of discharge piping valves.
