A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Rail Line Tie Replacement and Crossing Upgrade Program The City anticipates replacing 250 rail ties along a I-mile section of the City owned rail line each year, as well as other rail maintenance related work. This work will consist of removing and replacing approximately 250 rail cross ties annually in a I-mile section of the 5-mile City owned rail line. Tie replacement requirements will be as identified by the City. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with all EEO requirements and conform to prevailing wage law.
