Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project is generally described as: The removal and replacement of the existing double door located in the elevator lobby of the second floor of the Administration Building, Human Resources Department of the San Francisco Unified School District. Work shall involve (a) the removal of the existing double doors including all associated hardware and door frames and the partial demolition of the ceiling if needed, (b) installation of the new single wood door and fixed window complete with hollow metal frames and associated door hardware, (c) installation of the Aiphone system with all required equipment and devices, wirings, conduits, master control station, etc., (d) construction of required walls, wall base, and finishes, (e) and reconstruction of the affected existing ceiling and walls adjacent to the new work. Performance and Payment Bonds, each equivalent to 100% of the Contract Price, will be required upon award of Contract from the Contractor as part of the terms of the Contract for this project. In general, below is the contract time and milestone schedule: Board Approval: 03/12/2024 (Tentative) Notice to Proceed (NTP): 03/18/2024 Phase 1: Submittals, Procurement: 03/18/2024 thru 04/18/2024 Phase 2: Construction: 04/19/2024 thru 06/30/2024 Final Completion: 07/30/2024, 135 calendar days from NTP. Thirty (30) calendar days from Beneficial Occupancy date of 06/30/2024. Question Deadline 02/08/2024 All questions must be submitted in writing to the District
