The Project is generally described as: Conversion of adult toilets into Kindergarten / Transitional Kindergarten ADA compliant toilets which involves the removal and replacement of the existing plumbing fixtures and toilet accessories mounted at the appropriate heights and clearances to meet accessibility requirements. District Site: Argonne Elementary School & Chinese Immersion School 680 18th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94121 and 1250 Waller St., San Francisco, CA 94117 LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Contractor's license required for this work: Class B, General Building Contractor Performance and Payment Bonds, each equivalent to 100% of the Contract Price, will be required upon award of Contract from the Contractor as part of the terms of the Contract for this project. In general, below is the contract time and milestone schedule: Board Approval: 03/12/2024 (Tentative) Notice to Proceed (NTP): 03/18/2024 Phase 1: Submittals, Procurement: 03/18/2024 thru 06/05/2024 Phase 2: Construction: 06/06/2024 thru 07/15/2024 Beneficial Occupancy: 07/16/2024 Final Completion: 08/10/24, 173 calendar days from NTP. Thirty (30) calendar days from Beneficial Occupancy date.
