The Crawford County Planning Office is seeking separate proposals from qualified general contractors and home inspectors to assist with the implementation of the Whole Home Repair Program of Crawford County Qualified general contractors will be required to complete any and all types of home repairs, including but not limited to, interior, exterior, structural, accessibility issues, and external hazards affecting the integrity of the structure. Qualified home inspectors will be required complete a full home inspection and provide a full report to the county and homeowner. This program will be funded through a grant from the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) through the Whole Home Repair Program. General contractors and home inspectors will be evaluated and selected based on qualifications as set forth in their respective RFP. The Crawford County Planning Office will seek to negotiate contracts with a general contractors and home inspectors that it determines are most qualified to perform the required services.
