Scope of Work: Milling, repaving, restriping, and installing optional traffic calming devices of the roadways in Reunion West, Osceola County Florida. The scope consists of linear feet in accordance with bid documents included in the project manual. Prospective bidders are hereby advised that the Reunion West Community Development District will require special certifications be made by said bidder in writing, with their Bid Proposal. The prospective bidders written certifications will be used, in part, as a basis for selecting the most responsive bidder. Prospective bidders will need to certify to the following: a. That the prospective bidder will be able to acquire the insurance coverages required as outlined in the contract documents. b. That the prospective bidder has fully and completely examined the Project Site, Owners Form of Agreement, and Scope of Work and will execute a contract without modification to the documents as presented in the Contract Documents. c. That the prospective bidder holds the required applicable state professional licenses in good standing; the prospective bidder holds all required applicable federal license in good standing; the prospective bidder holds a current and active Florida Corporate Charter or is authorized to do business in Florida in accordance with Chapter 607, Florida Statutes, if the bidder is a corporation; and the prospective bidder meets the qualification/pre-qualification requirements set forth in the project manual, as applicable.
