Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

Description The City of Keene is seeking a contractor to perform the Thompson Road Reconstruction project. Liquidated damages will be in the amount of: $500.00 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion $500.00 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for contract completion. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed as follows 180 calendar days for substantial completion 210 calendar days for contract completion. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID bond payable to the OWNER for five percent of the total amount of the BID. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive technical or legal deficiencies, and accept any proposal that it deems in the best interest of the City.
