Renovation of a municipal facility in Fultonville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work performed under this bid proposal must include all materials, labor, machinery and equipment required to complete the project. It is the intent of this bid proposal to solicit bids for Montgomery Counties Emergency Management Garage to Supply and Install 18 Overhead Garage Door Openers. All work described must be done solely by the contractor bidding the job, the contractor shall not subcontract for any of the services outlined in the work described. - Bidder will Supply & install 18 Medium duty trolley garage door openers for 14' garage doors. - Manufacturer to be Lift Master - Model MT 5011U or Equal - Successful bidder will warranty all work for a minimum of 1 year from date of completion - Installation will include everything needed for installation minus electric outlets. This should include but is not limited to, optic sensors, 3 button wall control station, and bracing to secure openers. - Bidder will supply and program one opener per door - Bidder will supply and install low voltage wire to optic sensor and 3 button wall control station - Bidder will supply and program 23 two button, remote garage door openers for two currently installed openers at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. Montgomery County has the right to reject any and all bids received.
