Improvements to campus accessibility and wayfinding Deadline for Contractors to submit questions regarding this RFQ/P February 2, 2024 The successful contractor(s) shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if awarded a contract for a Project(s). The successful contractor(s) and its subcontractors shall pay all workers on the Project(s) not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code. Contractors that intend to submit a response to the RFQ/P must: (1) prequalify with the District by submitting the District's Prequalification Questionnaire located at the following link on or before January 26, 2024
